This course with the goofy name is one if the best rescue and safety course available.

This award has two purposes. Firstly, to provide a paddler with the necessary safety awareness which will enable them to ensure the safety of themselves and others. Secondly, to provide a paddler with rescue skills which can be used to help themselves and/or others in difficulty.

This course is highly recommended for group leaders and club members. Completion of this course and passing the assessment (included in course) will earn you the BCU Canoe Safety Test Certificate.
